OC H&I Website FAQ

 

When do I get access to the website? 

You will get access once you become a member. Please allow a week or two after you become a member for account creation to take place

When do I start getting the panel reports emailed to me? 

You will start receiving emails with the panel reports once you become a member. Please allow us a week or two to add your email to the mailing list

When should I expect the panel reports to be emailed? 

The panel reports are emailed one week after the business meeting

I didn’t get the panel report emailed to me and I’m a member 

1. Make sure you email is correct on the roster 

2. Ask the website chair or co-chair to check if you email is correct

I’m a member now and never got an email to set up an account? 

1. Go to ochandi.org 

2. Click the login button in the top right 

3. Put in the email that you have on file with OC H&I 

4. If your email was not found proceed to the next section discussing what to do when your email is not found 

5. Follow the directions to finish the setup 

 

I tried logging in, but it says my email was not found 

1. Wait at least two weeks after the business meeting that you became a new member 

2. Check with the secretary to see that the right email is on file. If the email is correct, then proceed to the next step 

3. Check with the website chair or co-chair to make sure the correct email is on file
